Local Chefs compete for 1st and 2nd place in hopes of securing cash donations for their charity. The winners are:

1st Place: Oenotri – braised beef short rib with fennel passato & wild arugula
2nd Place:  Napa Valley Biscuits – braised ancho short rib

Peoples’ Choice
1st Place: Carpe Diem – braised short rib steam bao taco w/ pomegranate and hall cab sauce and asparagus slaw
2nd Place: The Grill at Meadowood – potato gnocchi w/chorizo, espresso glaze, and parm crust
