Hawaiian Menehune Burger

Pair with HALL "Napa River Ranch" Merlot
King’s Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
1 pound Ground Beef
½ red onion
¼ cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1 cup of Mango Salsa
1 Avocado (sliced)
Makes 12 mini burgers
Combine ground beef, red onions and panko bread crumbs into fist sized balls.
Flatten and grill. Spoon Mango salsa and an avocado splice over burger and serve on Hawaiian roll.
