Bleuburger
Recipe by Ed Curry
Pair with HALL "Napa River Ranch" Merlot Cook one slice of farm fresh bacon per burger and set aside.
Use 80/20 Ground Beef
Mix with chopped red onion and seasoning salt and create two thin patties per burger
Top one patty with 2 oz of crumbled Pt. Reyes bleu cheese
Put the other patty on top and seal the edges
Sprinkle with Kosher Sea Salt and fresh ground pepper on both sides
Grill on a hot grill for 5 minutes on one side, flip and grill other side 4 minutes.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Toast Ciabatta roll while burger is resting.
Place bacon on patty in a "V" shape.
Place on Ciabatta roll with arugula lettuce and beefsteak tomato slices.
Serve with HALL Napa River Ranch Merlot and enjoy!!!
