The Cabernet Franc will be our smallest production in 2009. This coveted fruit was harvested from our HALL Estate “Bergfeld” vineyard and a mere two barrels were blended for this bottling. Deep garnet in color, the wine radiates aromas of cocoa powder, dark cherry, eucalyptus and graham cracker. At once both velvety and rich on the palate, pure red fruits unfold generously and sail through a lengthy finish. Enjoyable now, this 2006 vintage will gracefully evolve for up to five years.
