Each year, HALL hand selects fruit from among the finest blocks of our four Napa Valley estate vineyards to craft our Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. The distinctive character of each vineyard plays a defining role in this harmonious blend, giving rise to a truly powerful, fruit-driven wine. In 2005, through a handful of exclusive vineyard partners, we were able to source a small amount of fruit from renowned sub-appellations beyond our vineyard portfolio. This addition further enhances the depth and complexity of the wine.

The 2005 HALL Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon shows rich, concentrated aromatics of currant, blackberry, and ripe cherry complemented by hints of toasty oak. Flavors of leather and nutmeg coalesce with plum and vanilla in the concentrated mid-palate and settle into a seductive, chewy finish. This wine is ready to enjoy now and will continue to mature and evolve for the next 7-10 years.
