Ranch provides idyllic growing conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon. Small
vineyard parcels are scattered throughout the rugged terrain, each with
unique contouring, aspects to the sun, and soil conditions. This
micro-diversity bestows complexity, while mountainous conditions donate
intensity and extraction to the T Bar T fruit.
The wine’s
vinous aromas of cassis, black olive, cigar box and ripe dark plum are
unmistakable. Layers of blackberry pie, anise and pipe tobacco flavors
press through this firmly structured offering. Engaging in its youth,
this wine will soften and evoke even more nuance and charm with 5-7
years of cellaring
