Our picturesque T BAR T Ranch in Alexander Valley is a rolling hillside estate that produces fruit with terrific density and deep, minerally undertones. Our 2007 Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from a handful of our finest blocks. We fermented a portion of the wine in new French oak to impart a buttery, toasty character while the majority of the wine enjoyed stainless steel fermentation to preserve the clean fruit nuances.On the nose, passionfruit, citrus, apple, and lively ginger jump from the glass with underpinnings of light oak and minerals.
