Triple Berry Syrup - A Delightful Brunch Recipe

Chef Ken Kuduk incorporates HALL Napa Valley Merlot to create his extraordinary, simple-to-make, Triple Berry Syrup. A fantastic addition to your french toast, waffles, pancakes or fresh fruit crépes.
Ingredients:
½ Bottle HALL Napa Valley Merlot
2 Cups Mixed Berries: (Blueberries, Raspberries & Blackberries)
1¾ Quarts Maple Syrup
½ Cup sugar
Method:
Reduce wine, sugar and berries until you have ¼ cup liquid and berries.
Add the syrup and blend with hand mixer until smooth.
Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
Allow to cool & serve!
