How do I return my wine?
If you're not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at (707) 967-2626 within a year of purchase and we'll happily send you a replacement.

What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team and we will rectify the situation quickly.

Are there any restrictions?
Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from the winery, given that they are still available; however we cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.

"The 2017 Jack’s Masterpiece is a dense, hedonistic Cabernet Sauvignon that has a long life in the cellar ahead of it. Enticing aromas of creme de cassis, tar, cigar ash and chocolate covered espresso bean tones all sing in unison on the nose. The palate is dense, plush, and downright delicious. Rich black currants dance with mocha, tar, anise, dark chocolate shavings and sweet pipe tobacco tones on the palate. Decadent, yet elegant, with outstanding length and poise, this beautiful wine will cellar well for decades to come. If enjoying in its youth, be sure to give this a two to three hour decant."

This blend is sourced from a wide range of vineyards throughout Napa Valley - from Atlas peak to St. Helena, and up into the hills of our Sacrashe Estate. In this vintage, aromas of dark spice, powerful black fruit, and spicy barrel character abound. The flavors are layered and dense - black cherry, dark brambly fruit, pepper, and clove are supported by ultra-dense tannin. This wine is about power and structure - mountain fruit and robust tannin.

Our Jack’s Masterpiece comes from many vineyard sources and appellations, but tends to be dominated by mountain fruit. Vineyards planted in mountain terrains produce vines smaller in stature but with more concentrated grapes. These grapes provide the basis for the dense, powerful structure of this wine. Our goal is to capture the flavors of dark black fruit mixed with powerful, chewy tannins, and a focused palate.
