Return Policy

We are committed to crafting the best wines possible. With that, we are proud to offer a full satisfaction guarantee on all of the wines you purchase from us.

How do I return my wine?
If you're not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at (707) 967-2626 within a year of purchase and we'll happily send you a replacement.

What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team and we will rectify the situation quickly.

Are there any restrictions?
Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from the winery, given that they are still available; however we cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.

Blau Vineyards is located in beautiful Knights Valley just north of Calistoga in Sonoma County. The warm days and higher elevation combined with rocky volcanic soil that is well drained and gravely, produce grapes with concentrated f lavor while cooler nights assure a balance of ripeness and acidity.
Pale lemon in color, this wine has bright notes of lemon rind, lemon verbena, flint, grapefruit, honeysuckle, and coconut. The Knights Valley Sauvignon Blanc has juicy acidity with flavors of green apple, Asian pear, lemon and aromas of star jasmine. On the palate, the wine is creamy and rounded by the French oak aging.

Vintage NotesFollowing a series of warm, early harvests, this year’s growing season returned to a slower rhythm, allowing grapes to ripen gently with deep flavors. When Mother Nature did throw a couple of unpredictable systems at us, we were able to weather the storms and harvest exceptional fruit!
