"The 2018 Hall Sauvignon Blanc is a terrific effort by this talented winemaking team. On the nose this takes on an alluring bouquet of crushed white flowers with citrus blossom and shades of green apple. The plate combines wonderful freshness and soft texture with copious orchard fruits that combine with lemon oil and minerals. Enjoy this beautiful Sauvignon Blanc in the short term."
Pale lemon in color, this Sauvignon Blanc has great intensity on the nose with gooseberry, fresh cut grass, juicy mango, lemon rind, and grapefruit. This wine is dry with crisp acidity and a palate that unveils layers of pineapple, lemon, lime, minerality, and rich creaminess through the mid-palate developed by stirring the lees in tank.
|Varietal Composition||100% Sauvignon Blanc|
|Barrel Aging||Stainless Steel|
|Vintage Notes||Following a series of warm, early harvests, this year’s growing season returned to a slower rhythm, allowing grapes to ripen gently with deep flavors. When Mother Nature did throw a couple of unpredictable systems at us, we were able to weather the storms and harvest exceptional fruit!|
