"Very pretty aromatics mark this wine with shades of nectarine and red rose petals. The freshness and tension is wonderful as delicate red fruits mingle with shades of mandarin orange zest. "
The wine is pale peach in color with a delicate perfume on the nose of white strawberry, watermelon, white peach and rose petals. On the palate, the wine’s crisp minerality is balanced by vibrant flavors of hibiscus, watermelon rind and freshly sliced lemon. This dry Rosé is perfect to take center stage for summer enjoyment.
We produce our Rosé with a style of winemaking known as the "saignée" method. After crushing the grapes, we keep the juice on the grape skins for a short time to obtain the perfect pink color. The pink juice is then separated and fermented in tanks and barrels like a white wine.
