How do I return my wine?
If you're not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at (707) 967-2626 within a year of purchase and we'll happily send you a replacement.

What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team and we will rectify the situation quickly.

Are there any restrictions?
Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from the winery, given that they are still available; however we cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.

"The 2018 Pinot Noir Gap’s Crown Vineyard has open-knit aromas of cranberry sauce, red berry jam and baked rhubarb with accents of Earl Grey tea leaves, dusty earth and spices. The medium-bodied palate is silky and lifted with bright, spicy fruits and juicy acidity carrying the spicy finish."

The Gap’s Crown Pinot Noir is deep, yet vibrant garnet in color with effusive aromas of ripe strawberry and black cherry. Concentrated on the palate, with flavors 5-spice, intense dark berry fruit, and hints of earthiness. This is a precise and focused wine with a rich, dense tannin and lively acidity on the finish.

Vintage NotesFollowing a series of warm, early harvests, this year’s growing season returned to a slower rhythm, allowing grapes to ripen gently with deep flavors. Our growers spent the summer and fall manicuring the vine canopies to provide the grapes enough shade from the sun while also preparing adequate airflow to deter mold. When Mother Nature did throw a couple of unpredictable systems at us, we were able to weather the storms and harvest exceptional fruit!
