How do I return my wine?
If you're not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at (707) 967-2626 within a year of purchase and we'll happily send you a replacement.

What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team and we will rectify the situation quickly.

Are there any restrictions?
Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from the winery, given that they are still available; however we cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.

Bob’s vineyard is characterized by it’s proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Coastal breezes along with low rolling hills and morning fog define this cool climate, averaging summers temps from 65-70 F during the day, rarely exceeding the mid 80’s in summer. Comprised of 43 vineyard blocks on 72 acres, and planted to an array of clones and field selections this ranch produces complex and delicious wines of true Sonoma Coast character. This wine comes from our very best vineyard blocks at Bob's Ranch each year.

Bob’s Ranch Vineyard is characterized by its proximity to the Pacific Ocean. Coastal breezes along with low rolling hills and morning fog define this cool climate. This marine layer keeps the vineyard 15 degrees cooler than the rest of the Russian River. The terroir is mostly fine sandy loam soil that gives excellent drainage and leads to low vigor vines and small yields.

Vintage NotesThe 2019 vintage began with a wet spring bringing three inches of rain in May. In response to the late rains our vineyards received diligent attention to control vigorous vine growth. A long Indian summer followed with mild weather, allowing the fruit to ripen at slow, even place. The long picking windows bore fruit with beautiful freshness at optimal ripeness. The resulting wines are exceptionally elegant.
