How do I return my wine?
If you're not 100% satisfied with any of the wines you receive from us, simply contact us at (707) 967-2626 within a year of purchase and we'll happily send you a replacement.

What do I do if the wine I ordered is damaged?
Despite our best efforts to secure wine shipments, wine bottles are fragile and issues arise from time to time. Contact our member services team and we will rectify the situation quickly.

Are there any restrictions?
Please note that we will happily replace any wines purchased directly from the winery, given that they are still available; however we cannot replace wines purchased from other wine retailers or restaurants. In rare instances, we reserve the right to deny our return policy to customers who we suspect are attempting to abuse the policy.

Our Sacrashe estate vineyard is hidden atop the eastern ridge of the Vaca mountain range in Rutherford. With extremely limiting volcanic tuff soils and gentle sloping aspects, this vineyard yields fruit that is always rich, dense, earthy, and opulent. It possesses a pronounced power.

Sourced entirely from our Sacrashe Estate, the 2020 Exzellenz opens with complex aromas of blackberry, truffle and freshly turned earth. Blue and black fruit flavors dominate the palate, and are accompanied by notes of crushed rock and baking spice. Plentiful, ripe, tannin cascades into a sleek, rich midpalate and a very long and lingering finish.

Vintage NotesThe winter of 2020 was warm and dry, setting off budbreak and the growing season slightly earlier than usual throughout Napa Valley. It wasn't until the end of March that cold, rainy weather arrived, and the mild spring gave the vines a strong, early start. Moderately warm days held through the summer and early fall, allowing the fruit to ripen slowly and develop complex flavor and tannin balance, while maintaining fresh acidity. This vintage produced great wines that are concentrated, focused, and beautifully balanced.
