Critic Review
"...this 2022 Chardonnay delivers a silky mouthfeel, loaded with citrus and melon fruit flavors. Medium to full-bodied, with good length, enjoy this beautiful wine now and over the next eight years."
92 Points | Wine Enthusiast, Jim Gordon
"Clean and mineral driven, the nose of this wine gives aromas of tangerine, lemon peel, river rocks and fresh white flowers. The palate has a bright streak of citrusy acidity, with flavors of Meyer lemon and pomelo that linger and mingle with barrel spice for a moment on the finish."
90 Points | Wine Spectator, MaryAnn Worobiec
"A robust version, with focus to the lemon, grilled pineapple and apple pastry flavors. Strikes a balance between a supple, creamy frame and crisp, vivid acidity. Details of nutmeg, oolong tea and cedar come in on the finish, lingering effortlessly."

Vintage Notes | The alluring 2022 vintage is remarkable for its low yields, which resulted in an extra degree of concentration in our wines. In a second year of drought, the vines grew quickly in the warm spring weather while our team judiciously managed watering block by block. By summer, the vines had set a lighter than average crop, and cooler weather in August allowed time for vineyard passes to finetune the fruit load and manage the canopy. After a smooth harvest season, we are excited about the flavor-packed 2021's. |
