Demystifying Wine & Food

Adding a layer of flavor to our winery tour, the Demystifying Wine & Food experience provides an interactive discussion on the fundamentals of creating and enjoying pairings. Guests begin with a tour of HALL St. Helena that includes the historic Bergfeld Winery, the HALL Vegetable Garden, an impressive art collection and a behind the scenes look at our state-of-the-art winemaking facility. Following the tour, guests will learn about creating pairings in the Demonstration Kitchen and will be served four delicious bites that have each been expertly paired with a newly released HALL or WALT wine. HALL Resident Chef, Corrie Beezley, will lead the discussion on her philosophy behind creating and enjoying wine and food pairings.

The experience lasts 90 minutes and is $75 per person. Reservations are required.
