Popcorn w/brown butter, sage and aged gouda

Serves 4 | Prep 20 min. | Cook time 5 min.

This dish goes perfectly with our HALL Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc

1 c. popcorn
1 T. olive oil
¼ c. ghee(clarified brown butter)
1 T. sage, chopped
¼ c. aged gouda, finely grated
1 t. salt
1. In a heavy bottom large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat and add popcorn.

2.  When the popcorn begins to pop, add ghee and cover.  Continue to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until popcorn is finished popping.
3. Remove cover and toss with chopped sage, aged gouda and salt.
