All Evening Wine & Food Experiences include:

• Access to the most exclusive and precious wines within our top-of-the-line portfolio, poured through the evening
• Dedicated staff to ensure the highest quality of service, tour of the property, and wine education
• All stemware/glassware needed for the evening
• Catering coordination

While Rutherford does not have an on-site chef, we work closely with several local partners to create menus that shine with our world-class Cabernet Sauvignons. We are happy to work directly with your preferred caterer or facilitate a menu with one of our partner caterers. We will send you menu samples and options to design the perfect culinary experience and coordinate with the catering staff throughout the evening for flawless execution.

Sample timeline:

5 pm | Guests arrive at the luxurious winery with breathtaking, sweeping views of the Napa Valley. We encourage use of a transportation service given the remote nature of the winery.

5–5:30 pm | Reception with passed hors d’oeuvres and two wines in the upper salon and terrace.

5:30–5:50 pm | Tour of the property and extensive art collection while leading guests to into the Chandelier Room.

6–9 pm | Wine and food experience in the cave with wine pairings.

9 pm | Guests depart with a memory to last a lifetime!
